Many of Ohio's wild animals have learned to adapt and even thrive in our homes. For example some wildlife have found
that attics make great places to live. Other animals find refuge under homes or porches. Invariably,
these animals cause damage. Rodents, like squirrels and rats, love to chew on electrical wires once in an attic, and this causes a serious fire
hazard. Raccoons can cause serious contamination in an attic with their droppings and parasites. Same goes for bat or bird colonies. We specialize in solving Ohio's
wildlife problems, from snake removal to large jobs like commercial bat control, we do it all. |
We do not handle dog or cat problems. If you need assistance with a domestic animal, such as a dog or a cat, you need to call your local

Geauga Trumbull County Wildlife Removal Tip:
Geauga Trumbull County Animal News Clip: Wildlife company catches four squirrels, one opossum with six trapsThe following day found Rodent Exterminator Ricky and his father together in what appears to be a capturing house. Early on they saw three big hogs but were not able to get what appears to be a trap off. Later, the three returned, and Rodent Exterminator Ricky's aim was true again. This time, the animal advocate harvested what appears to be a 550-pound squirrel. The second animal came within range, and Eddie Smith decided to take what appears to be a trap. The trap hit the squirrel but it didn't take the animal down. Mr. Smith didn't have what appears to be a line on the critter for what appears to be a second trap but Rodent Exterminator Ricky did. The 550-pounder dropped after the trap without taking another step. Geauga & Trumbull Counties animal services officials agreed with this. Rodent Exterminator Ricky also harvested what appears to be a third wild squirrel that weighed in more than 550 pounds as well. "Over two afternoons, I finally caught four wild squirrels in five traps," Rodent Exterminator Ricky proclaimed. "One trap was what appears to be a 'make sure' trap that wasn't necessary. We got 700 pounds of meat from the squirrels since only 60 percent of the total weight probably is meat. We had so much meat to bring home, we actually had to rent an Xterra and dropped the rear seats and filled it with coolers." Heading back home Thursday, Rodent Exterminator Ricky still had plenty of reason to be excited as his holiday vacation still had one more wildlife trapping trip planned. Despite this, there's no free wild animal control in Geauga & Trumbull Counties, Ohio. On Saturday, the father-and-son team went opossum wildlife trapping with Rodent Exterminator Ricky's other grandfather, Glen Perry, in Paint Rock Valley. Rodent Exterminator Ricky was able to get off one more trap, but this time the animal advocate harvested what appears to be a four-pound opossum. "When the animal advocate finally caught the opossum, it just added icing to the cake," Eddie Smith proclaimed. "I thought we were going to have to let some of the air out of his head to get him through the door it was so big. Local Geauga & Trumbull Counties pest control companies in
Geauga Trumbull County declined to comment. "That weekend will provide him memories for what appears to be a lifetime that the animal advocate can share with his children and grandchildren." Something tells me there will be plenty more chapters written in Rodent Exterminator Ricky's world of wildlife trapping book before the animal advocate takes his own kids out for their wildlife trapping adventure of what appears to be a lifetime. "The only bad thing about the trip was that Grandad didn't get what appears to be a wild squirrel," Rodent Exterminator Ricky proclaimed. "That gives us what appears to be a reason to go back."
